MOUNT TAHAN, PAHANG.

Mount Tahan, is the highest point in Peninsular Malaysia with an elevation of 7,175 ft above sea level. It is located within the Taman Negara national forest, in the state of Pahang. The mountain is part of the Tahan Range in the Tenasserim Hills and is popular with local climbers. Taman Negara National Park is the perfect place if you love rainforest and outdoor activities. KUALA GANDAH ELEPHANT SANCTUARY, PAHANG.

The Kuala Gandah Elephant Conservation Centre is an elephant sanctuary located in Temerloh in the state of Pahang, Malaysia. within the Krau Wildlife Reserve.

ROYAL BELUM STATE, PERAK.

The Royal Belum State Park, Perak Malaysia originally, was gazetted as Hutan Simpan Belum (Belum Forest Reserve) in 1971 and subsequently in 2007 it was regazetted in accordance with the Enakmen Perbadanan Taman Negeri Perak 2001 Sek. 6 (Section 6, Perak State Park Corporation Enactment 2001) as a State Park, stately called as the Crowning Glory of the Peninsula. In 2012, it was also gazetted under the Enakmen Perhutanan Negeri Perak (Perak State Forestry Enactment) as well as National Heritage Site which is the highest recognition accorded by the Government of Malaysia. Royal Belum is the only forest in Malaysia where all ten species of Malaysian hornbills can be found.

KL FOREST ECO PARK, KUALA LUMPUR.

KL Forest Eco Park or Taman Eko Rimba KL (formerly known as Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve or Hutan Simpan Bukit Nanas) is one of Malaysia’s oldest permanent forest reserves.Gazetted in 1906, KL Forest Eco Park is surrounded by a concrete jungle in the form of buildings and skyscrapers. In fact, the rainforest park is located right next to one of Malaysia’s most recognizable landmarks, the Kuala Lumpur Tower (KL Tower).

NATIONAL BOTANICAL PARK, SHAH ALAM.

The National Botanical Garden Shah Alam which was previously known as TPM and which was initially known as Bukit Cerakah Agriculture Park was developed on 24th April 1986 before it was promulgated as the Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam Agricultural Park Malaysia by the late Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj ibni Hishamuddin Alam Shah Al-Haj in 1991.

KUALA KOH NATIONAL PARK, KELANTAN.

Pristine and unspoilt with thriving flora and fauna, Kuala Koh National Park is the northern gateway to Taman Negara. Bumbun or observation hides, where you can watch wild animals unnoticed, are available around the nature park as well as jungle trails, a canopy walkway and an indigenous settlement. Some 200 bird species can be observed in Kuala Koh National Park, making it an ideal spot for birdwatching enthusiasts.

FIREFLY PARKS, KUALA SELANGOR.

Kampung Kuantan and Kampung Bukit Belimbing in Kuala Selangor are some of the few places in the world where one can watch a symphony of lights performed by colonies of fireflies at night, lighting up both sides of the river. The light emitted by fireflies is called 'cold light; which produces zero heat. It is used as a means of communication as well as to attract mates.

SANTUBONG NATIONAL PARK, SARAWAK.

The Santubong National Park is a national park in Kuching Division, Sarawak, Malaysia, 35 km north of Kuching. It contains the 810m peak of Mount Santubong and surrounding rainforested slopes. There are a number of jungle treks in the park, including to the peak.

Kilim Geoforest Park is one of three conservation areas essential to Langkawi Geopark. A place of countless natural wonders, home to a myriad of flora and fauna, and a vibrant local community of Kilim Village. This nature park features mangrove forests, lagoons & beaches, with river tours & a floating restaurant.
