Application conditions :-

1. Every application need to be presented with current Registry Certificate of Companies Commission of Malaysia
2. (SSM) (2 copy of SSM that already certified valid);
3. Please enclosed with tenancy application letter, 2 copies of identification card that already certified valid, earlier business confirmation letter (if any) and menu list with price;
4. Agreement contract of cafeteria tenancy is for 2 years (subjected to terms and conditions by the MaTiC Management approval);
5. Cafeteria operation hours start from 7.00am to 8.00pm every day (Monday until Saturday except Sunday); and
6. if there is any event in MaTiC, cafeteria need continue operation period until 10.00pm including Sunday.
