Objective

To make Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC) as a world-class one-stop tourist centre for domestic and foreign tourist facilities through various services and tourism facilities provided such as tourism advisory services through the Tourism Counter, i-Cafe facilities, holding presentations and cultural activities, Handicraft Center and so on that are only available at MaTiC.

To promote tourism-related activities organised by the ministry and other agencies from both public and private sectors through tourist information counters, tourism websites, printed materials and Billboard.

To plan, implement and manage programmes such cultural activities and tourism-related events through coordination of shows, exhibitions, briefings and demonstrations for local and foreign tourists.

To provide the space and technical assistance for art and culture related programs.
