The Empowerment and Excellence Briefing for the Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC) workforce was held together with the Director of MaTiC, Mr. Mohd Yasin bin Alwi. This session served as an important platform in strengthening teamwork, enhancing internal communication, and improving the efficiency of service delivery to customers and tourists.
In addition, the briefing emphasised the importance of cultivating a more professional, proactive, and integrity-driven work culture to ensure that every task is carried out with full commitment and responsibility. In line with the theme “Friendly, Organised & Efficient”, all MaTiC staff were encouraged to continuously practise positive values in efforts to enhance the organisation’s image and provide the best experience for visitors.
