20 November 2023 | Mesra Malaysia Course: Managing Change for Tourism Frontliners

Organized by MOTAC Kuala Lumpur, the course took place at the Mini Auditorium of Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC). The guest speaker for the course was Ms. Jane Rai, founder of Free Walk Kuala Lumpur Unscripted (FWKLU) and Kuala Lumpur Heritage Walks, accompanied by professional tour guides Ms. Marie and Mr. Stevie Chan. Participants were equipped with practical knowledge on managing change as tourism frontliners, focusing on enhancing service quality and visual, vocal, and verbal communication. The guided tour around Kuala Lumpur also provided valuable insights on preserving the city’s history and heritage, while fostering a deep appreciation and love for Malaysia’s cultural legacy.
