08 June 2026 | Visit by the Kuala Langat Municipal Council to the Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC)

The Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC) was pleased to welcome a delegation from the Kuala Langat Municipal Council (MPKL), led by Tuan Ts. Syamsol Herwan bin Ahmad, Director of the Building Control Department of MP Kuala Langat, together with Mr Wong Kim Loon, Chairman of the MP Kuala Langat Tourism Committee, and Ms Nur Zairina binti Muzaini, Deputy Chairperson of the MP Kuala Langat Tourism Committee. The delegation was also given a briefing on the management of the MaTiC Tourist Information Centre, delivered by the Director of MaTiC, Mr Mohd Yasin bin Alwi.

The visit continued with a tour of several facilities and business spaces at MaTiC, including rental spaces, Karyaneka, and Harriston Boutique, providing the delegation with a closer look at the facilities and tourism products available. It is hoped that this visit will further strengthen strategic relations and create opportunities for future collaboration in advancing the local tourism sector.
