Together with DMG Food Industries Sdn Bhd, the launch of the Malaysian Cookies Road Tour Series in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2026 serves as a strategic platform to introduce the uniqueness of local products to tourists while expanding the industry’s market reach to a higher level. Among the highlighted products was Kuala Cola, a locally innovated beverage that reflects the creativity and potential of entrepreneurs within the nation’s food industry.

This initiative also received support from strategic partners such as Helmi Gimmick Enterprise, Ryverra Chocolate and Confectionery, as well as several local tourism agencies in efforts to elevate local products as part of Malaysia’s tourism attractions. The event was further graced by the presence of MaTiC Director, Mr. Mohd Yasin bin Alwi, together with representatives of the Chairman of DMG Food Industries, Datuk Dr. Hassan Saad.
